gibraltar: a british fever dream in the sun (gibraltar)
While staying in Málaga, I knew I had to take a detour to this strange little corner of the world. Gibraltar is surreal. It feels like stepping into a humid, 30-degree version of England, complete with red phone booths and Union Jacks, just with palm trees, monkeys, and Mediterranean heat.
This series is a curated look at that day trip. I specifically went there hoping to get some Gibraltar Pounds as a souvenir, but walked away with something better: these analog frames. You’ll see the "Guardians of the Rock", including my favorite high-contrast silhouette of a monkey. I’m still waiting to get the rest of the rolls scanned, so consider this an evolving gallery. More to come once I make it back to the lab.
